Salvation Comes From Jesus – Core Beliefs And Values – About Us Series

Hello everyone, my name is Spencer Coffman with Social Media Ministries. Welcome to our About Us video series. Today we are talking about a core belief and value that we have here. Now today we are talking about how salvation comes from Jesus. What we believe here at Social Media Ministries is that there is only one way to heaven and that is through Jesus Christ.

You must believe that Jesus is your Lord and Savior and live your life for Him. That is what we believe and that is what we are striving to do here at Social Media Ministries.

But especially at Social Media Ministries, we are working to reach more people for Jesus, to help them realize that Jesus is the way to heaven and believe in Him. This is a huge thing, it is a movement, it is a revolution. It is something that we want the entire world to see, to realize, to understand, and to believe.

Now, each of our core values are supported by scripture and again we believe that the Bible is divinely written. It has been inspired by God. This is the living and active Word of God; it is the only truth, the only thing that you can be absolutely certain is true.

Our verses that support our core belief, that salvation comes from Jesus. The first verse is John 14:16. “Jesus answered, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Now this is Jesus telling people, “Hey, you have to believe in me in order to be saved.” If you want to go to heaven, you have to believe in Jesus. No one gets to God—to Yahweh—except through Jesus. Jesus is directly telling people how to get to heaven.

What must they do to be saved? What do you have to do in order to get eternal life, in order to spend eternity in heaven? What is required for us to spend eternity with God, and with Jesus? Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one gets there except through Him. You must believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved.

Another verse we have is Acts 4:12. “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” That means there is no other name anywhere in the whole universe that we can use for salvation. Jesus is the only way. There is one way to heaven and it is through Jesus Christ.

How do you do that? Well, all you need to do is invite Him into your life. Pray to Him. “Lord Jesus, come into my life. Forgive me of my sins. Thank you for paying the penalty for my sins. I invite you into my life to be my Lord and Savior. I believe in you. I want to serve you each and every day for the rest of my life. Amen.”

That’s it, just invite Him into your life. You will be saved. Salvation comes from Jesus and I really hope that if this is something that you can get behind, that if you believe this as well, that you will follow us on social media.
