Thank you for joining us for this series about Social Media Ministries. Hopefully, you are familiar with our Mission and what we are working to accomplish. In this video, we dig into one of our core beliefs and values.
We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God. That includes both the Old Testament and the New Testament. They are both written revelations directly from God. These words are alive, active, infallible, and were written for our benefit.

We believe that the Bible was divinely inspired. God gave it as a revelation to humankind, and these humans wrote it down. It is alive and active; it is the living Word of God and God wrote each and every word in the Bible. Both the Old and the New Testament were written revelations from God to man or to humans, to mankind.
It is living, it is active, it is infallible, it is our owner’s manual for life, and it is our guide to life. You read this book, you stay in the Word, and your life will be a lot easier than if you neglect this.
Now, as I said in our introduction in our overview video of our core beliefs, each one of our core beliefs is supported by a few verses or some scripture. Now for all of you logical fallacy people out there, you believe that you can’t use something to support something else. We’re not. We’re not going in that direction. That’s a rabbit hole we are not going to chase.
We believe that the Word of God is living and active. That the Bible is divinely inspired. If that is something you don’t believe, you can comment below, find evidence somewhere else, or go elsewhere.
If you do believe that, then keep watching and listening and we hope that we can reach you. If you don’t believe that you will be able to at least open up your mind, take a look at the Bible, and understand why it is that we believe that this is the divinely inspired word of God.
We have a couple of core verses that go with this. Number one is 2 Timothy 3:16-17: “All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
Now we take that to heart and we use that. We need to say, “Hey, this Bible is useful for us to help other people,” so when we preach our sermons they come from the Bible. We preach right out of the Bible because it is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. It equips us as servants of God for every good work.
The next verse that we have is 1 Thessalonians 2:13. “And we also thank God continually because when you receive the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it. Not as human word, but as it actually is the word of God which is indeed at work in you who believe.”
It’s basically worth thanking God all the time. When you receive the word of God through one of our sermons or through someone else. Whether it was from Social Media Ministries or from another church, you took it as the word of God.
You understand that any verse or scripture that we present to you is more than us. It doesn’t come from us, it is coming from God. It is the divinely inspired Word of God and it is going to you and you accept it as it is: as the living and active Word of God which is at work in you who believes in God.
