May 2025 Monthly Status Update For Social Media Ministries Progress Report

Hello and welcome to Social Media Ministries. My name is Spencer Coffman. This is the May 2025 monthly update and status report. May has been an excellent month for us.

We’re really progressing. We’re really moving forward. We are getting ready to launch a lot of stuff this summer, so stay tuned for that.

Hit that subscribe button, bell icon, and like button to stay tuned to the future updates that we have here at Social Media Ministries. So, what have we done? We’ve continued posting our weekly sermons every Wednesday night, 6:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. Why Wednesday? Let me explain.

I want you tuning in midweek—when you’re starting to get down—so you get some boost on Wednesday. Then you go back to your local church on Sunday. So, you’re getting two sermons a week minimum. Do that. We have that sermon on video, and then also on the podcast, so it’s available everywhere.

You can listen to it anytime, anywhere, any place—on your favorite podcasting platform or on YouTube, or on our website. You have no excuse. Lots of options. Number two: We’ve also continued doing the Ministry Minute.

What is it? That is a one-minute devotional. It’s a Bible verse and practical application devotional. Subscribe to that. Follow it on your favorite podcasting platform.

We launch it on video—TikTok, Instagram Reels, all that kind of stuff—and then on podcasting feeds. Make sure you’re getting that every single day. It just gives you a little boost, a little gumption in the morning, renews your mind to the Word.

Every day, it puts a verse in your brain. Start thinking about it. Apply it to your day. Comment on there. Start engaging in the Word of God. You can share it on your social media to help reach other people. All of these things matter. We’ve got to be different.

This is something we need to focus on. Social Media Ministries—one of our goals is that we take back social media from the devil. God commanded us to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all creation. Social media is a world—make no mistake. Facebook is a world.

TikTok is a world. Instagram is a world. Meta is practically a universe of its own. Meta owns Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and more. We’ve got to go there—and we’re doing it. Chances are, you’re on social media. Obviously, you’re watching us. Start using your real estate in social media for God.

Don’t just take up space. Don’t let the devil use or steal your time as you scroll through feeds. Start doing something for God. Click a share button. Click a like button. Share a daily Bible verse—whatever it is. Start making a difference.

We’ve continued the weekly sermons. We’ve continued the podcast. We’ve continued daily Ministry Minutes on multiple platforms. We’ve continued the Ministry Minute podcast.

We’re still promoting posts every single day. We’re spending money to boost on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We’re seeing incredible results. We’re reaching thousands of people worldwide.

The results have been outstanding. It’s really incredible. We know it aligns with God’s will. Why? Because we are going out into that world and reaching more people. The only trouble is, we’d like to get more followers, more interactions, and more engagement. We are reaching people, but not everyone interacts yet.

That’s good and bad. It means we’re probably reaching people who are either hungry for information or who already know this information. It’s good either way. But if you’re watching this and haven’t followed—follow us! Doesn’t matter what platform—just follow us. Help us get up there.

If you want to help, interact. Like, comment, and share. Help us out so we can continue to reach people organically, without always having to pay, and stretch our dollars even further to reach people who really need it.

Another thing we’ve been doing is outreach, specifically healing and deliverance prayer sessions. We’ve had a lot of appointments for healing and deliverance this past month.

If you need healing or deliverance—no matter what it is—we have request forms on our website. You can fill out a deliverance request, a healing request, or a general prayer request. Don’t be shy—fill it out.

If you’re local and we can meet in person, excellent. If not, don’t worry—we can do it virtually. Don’t want video? We can do phone calls, texts, or email. It doesn’t matter. Healing and deliverance are for you. We can help you get set free. And if you want to help others, we’ll train you.

We’ll teach and equip you, just as the Bible commands. The point is—we want to get people healed and set free. Why? Because that’s what God commanded us to do. We’re also working hard on getting our transcripts translated into more languages. If you’ve been with us, you know we’re aiming for five languages.

We’re trying to get caught up. We’ve had excellent volunteers helping us. In May, we completed about 12 transcripts. To put that into perspective, we release four sermons a month. So, doing 12 means we’re catching up fast. By the end of June, we should be caught up.

Once we’re current, we’ll only need to do four transcripts a month—one per week, with each sermon. Praise God for that. Getting everything transcribed and translated helps us reach more people in other countries. Once we’re caught up—guess what—we’re not done. We’ll start over and add five more languages.

Right now, we’re doing five: Arabic, Spanish, French, Vietnamese, and Filipino. Once we’re caught up, we’ll add five more. YouTube has also released a feature on our channel to automatically dub new videos into like six additional languages. That means people can watch or listen with subtitles or an AI voice in their language.

That’s pretty cool. Hopefully, YouTube will eventually allow us to backdate older videos for dubbing as well, so we can reach even more people. It sounds like a lot—and it is. We’ve got a lot going on. If you want to know more or work with us, reach out.

We have different opportunities for you. A couple other things: we’re gearing up for summer. We’re going to hand out lots of Bibles. Last year, 2024, we handed out over 200 Bibles. This year, I’d like to hit 500. I want to more than double that number.

We’ll do more outreaches, put Bibles in Little Free Libraries, and hand them out at parks—anywhere we can. But we’re not just giving them out. We’re praying for people, teaching them how to use the Bible. If there’s another book or devotional, we’ll give those out too.

We want to equip people. We’re aiming to give out over 1,000 gospel tracts this year as well. Big goals! If you want to help, let us know. We’d love to work with you.
