December has been a busy month. We’ve continued to fulfill our mission and reach people with the Living Word of God. We would love your help to reach even more people! We pray that 2024 will be an even bigger year for Social Media Ministries.

We had our board meeting and that went well. We’ve had reelection of officers and all of that stuff. We’ve planned for the next year, and we’ve got some good goals going forward, so that is exciting. In addition, we’ve continued to maintain weekly sermons, weekly podcasts, and the ministry minute.
That has been awesome. Over the past month, we’ve really extended and expanded our growth. We’re reaching way more people than I thought we would, which is excellent. God is doing great things! So with the ministry minute and the videos on social media, we’re talking YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and also the podcast or on Instagram.
We are reaching around a thousand unique viewers each day with a daily Bible verse and little devotional, so praise God for that! Comment below with a praise thanking God. In addition, if you don’t know about the ministry minute and you’re not watching it, then I really encourage you to check it out and start sharing it with others.
It’s a 60-second video that is really great, and it’s easy for people to watch while they’re scrolling through the feeds, standing in line, checking their mail in the morning, or making their coffee. It doesn’t take long at all, and it has some great biblical content.
So a couple of other great things that have happened this month: we received a donation from a company called Storm Creek. They provided a bunch of clothing for us. In fact, this is one of their items that they gave Social Media Ministries, so that was pretty cool. That was very nice of them, and I want to thank Storm Creek for doing that.
We look forward to working with you in the future. In addition, we also received a donation from a company called Network for Good. That happens through people using something called Good Search, and when they search online, like we would when we search Google or something, you can actually search through this Good Search.
Every time you search, they pay or they donate to a nonprofit of your choice. If you’re interested in doing that, you can set Good Search as your default search engine, and then anytime you want to search for something, like “coffee shop near me,” you can use that, and they’ll donate to us if you select Social Media Ministries as your nonprofit.
You can find more information about that in the description below. A couple of things we need: we need more volunteers. We’re really looking for people to help us with transcriptions, marketing, and grant writing. We want to grow, and we need people to help us do that.
So if that’s something you’re interested in, please take a look at the links in the description below to find out if there is an opportunity for you. Also, of course, we need finances, so if you’re willing to donate money, please consider doing that.
We need to start paying to boost our posts and to reach more people, to get them out in front of a wider audience. That’s something we’d really like to do in the beginning of 2024. If you can continue to pray for us, like our videos, subscribe, share, and do all kinds of stuff to help keep activity going, that is something that really helps us reach more people.
