This session is about asking God alone to meet your needs. No begging, no loans, no asking others directly. This principle is often misunderstood in fundraising and missions. Asking others for money, begging, or borrowing contradicts the Biblical mandate of trusting God as your source.

Philippians 4:6 reminds us: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” God doesn’t exclude your finances. Everything is included.

Present your requests with thanksgiving, trusting He will provide, even before you see it. Matthew 7:7–8 says, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Everyone who asks receives—but only according to God’s will.

We ask God directly, but how does this work? The dynamics of prayer and authority in Christ are profound. John 14–16 explains that we ask in Jesus’ name, and the Father provides through the Holy Spirit residing in us.

When you pray according to God’s will, Christ intercedes, and the Holy Spirit empowers that prayer. Two or three agreeing in prayer multiplies power—Jesus, the Spirit, and you operate as one in presenting your requests.

1 John 3:21–22 and 5:14 highlight that obedience and alignment with God’s will are essential; misaligned motives, as James 4:3 notes, can block answers. Your requests must further the kingdom, not personal pleasure.

Historical examples illustrate this principle:

George Mueller ran orphanages for 2,000 children without ever directly soliciting funds, trusting God to provide daily necessities.

John G. Lake traveled with almost no money, yet God provided for his ministry in miraculous ways.

Lester Summerall relied on faith alone, sometimes leaving home with $12, and God supplied exactly what he needed.

Brother Andrew, “God’s Smuggler,” trusted God for finances and protection while delivering Bibles into dangerous territories.

The lesson is consistent: God always provides. He is your source. We don’t ask people for money; we ask God. If others want to give, guide them to pray and allow God to inspire their heart. This ensures provision flows according to His will, not our own limitations.

Remember, a fully funded Christian operates on divine wealth. Ask God alone. Trust His provision. Present your needs in prayer with thanksgiving, in alignment with His will, and expect miracles. Study the lives of George Mueller, John G. Lake, Lester Summerall, and Brother Andrew.

Apply their faith principles, eliminate debt, and grow deep roots in God’s Word. True wealth flows when God is your source, and your abundance becomes a tool to build His Kingdom.
