God desires freedom for His children. He wants you debt-free so you can fully embrace your calling, steward your resources wisely, and give generously. Debt enslaves, whether it’s your own or co-signed for someone else.
Scripture repeatedly cautions against putting up security for others (Proverbs 17:18; 11:5; 20:16; 27:13). Co-signing for friends, family, or strangers can trap you in financial bondage, while refusing to pledge keeps you safe.
In this session, you will learn:
Why debt is a burden you cannot pass to God.
The dangers of co-signing or putting up collateral for others.
Biblical, practical steps to break free from debt.
How to realign your finances with God’s principles to serve Him fully.
Eliminating debt may require hard work, extra hours, downsizing, or selling possessions. It’s challenging, but the reward is freedom in Christ.
Romans 13:8 reminds us, “Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another.” Paying what you owe and avoiding new debt honors God and positions you to steward His blessings.
Debt-free living also enables generosity. Proverbs 11:24–25 teaches that giving freely multiplies your resources, while withholding leads to lack. Deuteronomy 28:12 promises that God will bless the work of your hands, making you a lender, not a borrower. Freedom from debt allows you to build wealth, bless others, and advance God’s Kingdom.
Being fully funded is not about accumulation for personal gain—it is about Kingdom impact. Debt-free living lets you serve God wholeheartedly, pursue His mission without distraction, and walk in the freedom He intends.
When you eliminate debt and trust God’s provision, you are no longer a slave to money but a steward of God’s resources, fully equipped to accomplish His will on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Take control of your finances, honor God with your resources, and step into the freedom He has promised. It’s time to eliminate debt and live fully funded.
