In this session, you’ll learn a foundational truth: God is your source. You are called to a mission, and He wants you equipped with everything you need to accomplish it. That starts by reshaping your mindset—eliminating poverty thinking, stepping out of debt, and seeing yourself as worthy of God’s provision. You are not meant to struggle or lack; God intends for you to operate in abundance to fulfill your purpose.

Abraham provides a powerful example. His relationship with God was so intimate that God considered whether to reveal His plans to him. When Abraham looked up and saw the ram in the thicket, he experienced God in a new light—as the ultimate provider. This illustrates a principle for you: the closer you get to God, the more He reveals Himself to you and the more you will trust Him as your source.

Scripture reinforces this truth. 1 Timothy 6:17 reminds us not to place our hope in wealth, which is fleeting, but in God, who richly provides all things for our enjoyment. 2 Corinthians 9:10 shows that God supplies seed to the sower and will increase your store so you can continue to be generous and fruitful.

Romans 11:36 declares that all things come from Him, through Him, and for Him—your wealth, your opportunities, your gifts—all originate from God and are meant for His glory. Deuteronomy 8:18 confirms that it is God who gives you the ability to produce wealth and sustain your mission.

God often provides through people, but it is critical to remember: people are not the source. From Moses receiving offerings from the Israelites, to Elisha being provided for by a generous woman, to Paul being supported by churches and co-laborers, God orchestrates provision through others.

They are conduits, not the source. When you see God as the source, you protect both yourself and those who support you from dependency or spiritual attack. Your provision is not limited by circumstances, jobs, or donors. God is limitless, and His supply never runs dry.

Submitting to God’s provision removes fear, worry, and reliance on earthly sources. You can trust Him to meet daily needs, expand opportunities, and provide abundantly so you can advance His kingdom.

You are not self-made, and your mission is not dependent on human reliability. God is your source, and when you recognize this, you step into freedom, security, and the overflowing provision that allows you to accomplish your calling fully.
