Here is our status update for the month of June 2021. We’ve been really busy working to get things put in the proper order so we can complete our mission! Please share the Social Media Ministries videos and continue supporting us in prayer.

We’ve posted 6 video sermons as of June 28, 2021. We plan on continuing to post 1 sermon each week.
We committed to creating a non-profit entity. That costs about $6,000, which we charged on a credit card.
We hope to get some new equipment.
-An iPhone 12 Pro Max would be wonderful, which currently costs about $1,300 to $1,500
-Some new studio lighting which currently costs about $150
-A portable shotgun microphone, which currently costs about $150

Hello everyone, Spencer Coffman here with Social Media Ministries. I want to give you guys a quick update as to what is going on with Social Media Ministries and how we’re doing and what’s happening.
So we’ve got a few videos posted already, about six videos are up and live, they have a few views. We have only got a few subscribers, about 12, but it’s not a big deal. We are going to grow, we are going to progress.
Currently, we are working on the non-profit, so if you’d like to contribute to help us pay for that, that would be really appreciated. Currently, the costs are about $6,000 at this point in time for us to get all of that underway. Now I have put that on a credit card, so hopefully, the Lord of course we know will provide and will continue to bring that forward, whether it’s now or next year or whenever.
But I took the leap of faith, I just put it on a credit card and we’re going forward from there, whether I make the income somewhere else and then pay off the credit card or whether we carry the balance forward, hopefully, that doesn’t happen, but either way, we’ve continued on with that.
We’ve got the non-profit going. So now in the future, if you guys ever want to donate you can do so and you will get a tax deduction. As soon as I have more information we’re going to get a bank account and IRS tax id number, all of that stuff. Once I get that, we can continue, hopefully, to get a website and some online giving set up, so that would be great. In the meantime like I said we have got that going.
A couple of other things that we need. I would love to upgrade the film equipment, the camera. I’m looking at getting a new iPhone 12 Pro Max, that costs about $1,300 to $1,500. We are going to do that at some point, so if you want to contribute to that, that would be wonderfully appreciated.
Also, I would like to get some new film equipment, we need some studio lights and also a better microphone. So I am looking at getting, once I upgrade the phone to the iPhone 12 Pro Max, I will be getting a new microphone that works with that camera. That is probably about $150 and then any studio lighting probably about $150 to $200. So if you would like to contribute to any of that please comment on the video and we can work something out, or if you want to pledge now and then wait to get the tax donation I completely understand.
That is a quick update. Basically, we have $6,000 on a credit card right now and hope to spend another $1,500 to $1,800 in film and studio equipment. So if it is on your heart to help us with any of that, that would be greatly appreciated. As always we appreciate your prayers and sharing the videos. If you could do that, that would be awesome.
